Wesbank account not closed

I bought a demo model Mazda from Imperial Mazda Rand Airport almost four weeks ago. I traded in my existing car and despite numerous warnings, the Wesbank account for the Volvo has not been closed and now I have been charged for this month's repayment. The after sales service from this company has been diabolical - particularly from the financing department.
