Why am I losing business because of you?

We bought a refrigerated truck from Platinum Trucks who sells trucks on behalf of Imperial logistics. They pressurized us into paying for a truck which registration papers are NOT IN ORDER. Based on the pressure, we ended up spending on installing rails and branding in readiness for our business. That was THREE MONTHS AGO. To date, they are still giving stories while we lose business and they are nonchalant about it. Can we have our money back for the truck, the installation and branding in order for us to move forward. This deal is not working at ALL. Emails were sent to National logistics manager Riaan Piek and Marius Swanepoel to resolve and there is not a single word on this resolution. I WANT all our monies back with immediate effect as I am losing business and cannot wait for this truck anymore.
