Tankers services drivers are dumb

Tanker services kroonstad drivers now must go fill the trucks by Shell Dekota. One particular driver at a stop street wants to turn and there is ALOT of traffic going on from both sides and this idiot sees there is cars without hesitating decides to turn into on going traffic almost causing a huge accident we all had to stop then as he is turning we all had to move to the side otherwise he would crash into us. Now please tell me tankers is this allowed are the drivers not suppose to wait until its totally clear before turning this is a huge accident waiting.teach your idiots what it means to wait till its clear to turn and also think you should let them fill up truck at ultra city.your services in regards of safety SUCKS
