Ridiculous disregard for other drivers.

Truck us parked in the middle of the road in Bloemfontein, I was unable to pass, with the absolutely rude driver sitting on his phone inside the truck with an absolute disregard for the other vehicles. I had to drive over the pavement with my low car, in order to pass him to get home.
