RECKLESS DRIVER ALMOST KILLED PEOPLE

i was driving on the highway behind a truck and an imperial logistics truck tried to over take a hestoney truck on a double solid line, when he saw there were oncoming cars he carryied on driving and almost killed many people. it was on a double solid line, i have the time and location and reg number of the truck and would like to take the matter further , it was a near death experience
