A claim that has never been settled and its going for three months

Good evening to whom it may concern . I've had the worst treatment from imperial logistics on the 8th of June 2022 one of they're driver who goes by the name of Isaac Manaba drove into me from behind with a white Volvo truck Number Plate HT 56 BS GP on the R59 heading to Alberton . While we waited for his boss Tumelo Matibela he acknowledged is mistake and even admitted to him that he was at fault so they accepted their wrong doing and told me I should claim from their insurer so I done the claims went through all these processes and got three quotations as per their request it has been two months heading for three still no sign of them paying for my damages . I even ran out of words to say because this vehicle is my bread and butter I am a student trying to make an honest living .
