The value added services at Opel Isuzu Bloemfontein are really below par. I waited 2 and half hours, for a lift they offer, after dropping my car off for service. After being stranded there I organized my own way home and requested collection, again that they offer. I have now been waiting for upwards of an hour to be collected after the the driver called to ask me to wait by the gate of the building I live in. There value added services really only offer stress and inconvenience. I only wonder what kind of job they have done of my actual service.
