Shocking service

On the 13th of October 2015 I visited Imperial honda as I were interested in a pre-owned vehicle. I went for a test drive and were happy to get going in completing an OTP after I already confirmed I have pre-approval of R400k for a vehicle. While there I requested a trade-in value on my vehicle ,it took 1 hour 45 minutes then advised the system is slow ( I was still waiting) Regardless , I requested immediate OTP to ensure this can be given to my banker to get going on the process. I am still awaiting the OTP and the vehicle is most probably sold by this time. Mr Yokwana used all sales \tricks"to not provide information however I do not belief Imperial Honda's system to be off line for 2 weeks. Very unhappy with this service / lack of service received and would suggest to not deal with Mr Yokwana. """
