service book and keys not delivered

M Jabulile bought a Mercedes benze at imperial Honda Zambezi in august my service book and spare keys we're not included caused sales man told me he will courier them to me in two working days until today I hvnt received. My problem d bought car was due for service by then and know I can't used the car due to the fact that it its due for service no service book and no spare keys my salesman name was betual whom I can't call at d present moment because we fight each time I call him he told me he cant help me because he wi<br> Works for another dealer now and there's nothing he can help me with, he then gave me a number to call I spoke to keroven who seemed wiling to assist but now he's gone AWOL been I call him he doesn't return my calls anymore, I need d service book and the keys to d car ASAP, myo take my car for service... So far I can only rate the service a bad one pleas come through for me urgently.
