Honda Horrendus West Rand

<p>I purchased my car a Honda Accord 2.4 Auto executive second hand from Honda West Rand in March last year .Firstly the windscreen had to be replaced as it was warped then the water bottle broke and they replaced it.I have had it back 5 times to have a braking issue, the foot brake seizes up for awhile the can be operated.Still not repaired.At 93000kms the power steering stopped working.I had to drive the car700km in this state.on Honda's advice.They would not help me as the car out of warranty.My car at this stage is at Honda Tygerberg. The part cost as quoted was R39000 after much fighting with Honda the price came down to R29000 cash up front before they would order.The part took 6 weeks to arrive.On closer inspection, I have been informed the splash plate is missing costR6500.I raised this with Honda West Rand and the car was supp**** to me without one after being promised that all checks were done and the car is 100%.Promises were made to keep me informed as they (Honda West Rand )would order the part and send it to Tygerberg.Two weeks no call so I phone the part has not been ordered.Today promises were made that the part would be ordered and shipped.I have been without this car from the 18 of December.To me, this is shocking service and poor customer relations building.</p>
