Honda East Rand Cathy poor service

This morning I came to Honda East Rand to buy a globe for my Honda Jazz that had blown in the morning. The sales staff was very friendly but when I requested the lady at services, Cathy, if someone could please quickly fit the globe for me I was told that it would be about R100 for the labour. Cathy was condescending and rude and not helpful at all. Despite the fact that Honda East Rand had previously fitted the same globe type for me for free I now had to pay for it and had to wait over half an hour to be assisted for something that takes 5 minutes. Where is some customer service. When I told Cathy that it had previously been done free of charge and in 5 minutes I was told that they are running a business. Very unhappy with the service I received from Cathy and her general unpleasant attitude and I will also raise a complaint with the dealer principal
