Damaged bike

I bought the 2009 cbr 600rr and it was delivered to me. When I bought the bike I was told that they have fit in a new battery. I rode the bike for a couple of days and then there was a problem with the bike not starting. We found that the battery was old. They took the bike and changed the bike, then bike started fine for the a few days and then the problem arouse again. I took the bike to another dealer to check why it could not start and they found out that the stator is dead. Now they say they fix it while we had this problem from the start. I trusted honda but the service that I am getting is very poor.
