My experience with Imperial health and science are bad. They force staff members to work overtime time, if don't want to work overtime, than must make yourself ready for a warning or counseling . Jacob Ferreira is main reason why staff members at Imperial health and science in Parow Industrial are so unhappy. Imperail health and science requires matric/ grade 12, but their supervisor does not have a matric / grade 12. Munya Mabambo is foreigner who swears and racial abuse staff members on a daily basis and top management like Jaco Ferreira allows all this. Please do something about this as staff members of Imperial health and science are very unhappy at their work place.
