Worst service ever!!!!!!!!!

<p>I have had a gearbox leak issue with my chev sonic, I took the vehicle to the woodmead GM branch about 5 times and this issue is not sorted. The vehicle is still leaking oil 5 visits later. They have no sence of good customer services. The firt time gearbox seals were changed, I took it back a second time as they did not have the gearbox mounting. They could not give me a courtesy vehicle, cause I assume that their staff uses these vehicles. A week later I took the vehicle in to be checked as it was loosing alot more oil, I had a lecture in Sandton at the same time the service consultant who I will not mention blatently apologized for not informing me that there drop off service is not available on a saturday. I than asked him to please use my vehicle to drop me off, he said it cant be done, so I lost two hours of lecture time. A week later from there thevehicle was still losing oil, its was than taken back they indicated that they have replaced all the seals again, however a gasket they do not have in stock. and I had to bring the vehicle back in on Monday again as they have ordered the part. Around 2 pm my wife informed me that they do not have the part, I phoned in 45 minutes later and apparently they traced a part off a new chev sonic, absolutely pathetic. Woodmead branch should close down as they are a bunch of idiots running the branch, I normally deal with the germiston branch who supplies flawless service, I took it to woodmead due to convenience. My vehicle might not be to most expensive, but I deserve good service as vehicles on general are not cheap. I really am tired of GM which I loved before.</p>
