Unsolicited Marketing

<p><br />I am still receiving messages from GM Imperial in Germiston, Bloemfontein and Vereeniging.</p> <p>Bxsdy law, Consumer Protection Act that came into affect 1 April 2011, I as the consumer have the right to opt out, to not receive the text messages to my mobile phone. According to the CPA, your company has to send confirmation of subscription in writing, which I have not received.</p> <p>The Imperial Group may not provide, sell or otherwise dispose of my, the customer, information without my written permission, or by order of court or operation of law. I have not given permission to Imperial Group at any given time, in any format, to send me emails or sms's as part of a large-scale communication exercise. I have opted out and requested STOP in the past to no avail.</p> <p>Either prove how permission was given or remove my details from your marketing database to avoid public dispute and further action. I am <br />registered with the DMA.</p>
