Still refusing to give companie's insurance information

One of Imperial's Employees reversed into me on 21 November 2018 with a company vehicle as she mentioned to me after the accident. I have the vehicle information (Nissan Qashqai HM89DMGP) and her driver's information, but she's refusing to give me her insurance information, or any point of contact for her insurance! Can someone at Imperial assist me with this matter please!
