ST Nightmare

My story starts 5-6 weeks ago when i took my Ford Focus ST to have it diagnosed it turns out No.3 cylinder was down on compression which meant the engine block needed to be changed. No problem i had taken an ford extended warranty out on the car. Let me just mention the car is a 2013 model with only 67000 km on the clock and i have only had it for 6 months. My nightmare begins with the service staff at the dealership. I call everyday to find out what the progress is with my car and to date only the engine has been removed and waiting for a ford approved assessor to come and inspect it. The service staff always have an excuse as to the progress on my car. Yesterday the service agent told me that she still had to book the assessor to come and inspect my car but when i mentioned the engine was already out for a week she said she was not aware of it. How is this possible i asked her and the response was i dont know. I have spoken to the worshop manager and Dp of the branch but no action. I get the feeling that if i did nt call my car would be forgotten and just stand there gathering dust. Its been the most frustrating month and i now feel helpless. I was not even offered a loaner. Ford Diep rIver i want to thank you for putting me through the worst car related experience of my life. You guys get top spot on that one. I will now post everyday till my car is returned to me healthy and running.
