PATHETIC SERVICE!

I recently was in contact with Imperial Ford Cape Town in regarding a car I was buying. I ask for the OTP sent it to my bank they approve it, I took out insurance for the vehicle too. As I'm on my way to sign at the bank and making the deposit which was agreed I received an email from the sales Rep Patricia Aploon advising me that the car has been SOLD. They did not even let me know there is another buyer. I feel disappointment in Ford as I am regularly ford user. Do not and I repeat it DO NOT FALL FOR THIS ************ all they want is just to make money! They do not care about CUSTOMERS!
