Not helpful

I called GM Bloemfontein to inquire if they will be able to inspect whether my Isuzu D/C's (still under a maintenance plan) spark plugs should be replaced as the vehicle does not have much power. After I indicated that I need to go on out of town assignments tomorrow morning, all they rep**** was that they are fully booked and can not help.
