NON PERFORMANCE BY IMPERIAL NORTHCLIFF

<p>During January 2017 I traded in a vehicle (which was still under Finance) on a new vehicle (now also under Finance). This morning, 21 February 2017, almost a month later, the instalment on the old vehicle was deducted again. On investigating this issue, it became evident that the account on the old car was never settled by Imperial Northcliff and that car was never taken off my name. When I brought this issue to the attention of Imperial Northcliff, I was merely bombareded with excuses. I am now sitting in a situation where I will have to incurr a loan in order to be able to afford both installments. Furthermore to this, the new vehicle I bought from Imperial Northcliff is faulty. I have not been able to make use of that car since 14 February 2017 as it is in for repairs. Imperial Northcliff did not disclose to me that that model was recalled due to faults, which the factory was unable to rectify. The info relating to the recall came to my attention when the dealership now attempting to repair my new car, advised me of same.</p> <p>This is the very last time I will do any business wiht Imperial Northcliff. I will also inform people of my unfortunate experience with them and advise those people to rather buy elsewhere.</p>
