Non existant service

I bought a Renault from Imperial Paarden Eiland in 2013 and have had a problem from the start with the radio they supp**** from the begining. It has been in for repairs More than half a dozen times and nothing has been done to repair it. I booked it in again for today and when I arrived there they had no record of it being booked in. They don't reyurn your calls and Cindy the workshop manager is just ineficient as the entire operation. My father was going to purchase a new Duster automatic but now has seond thoughts as there is no after sales service.
