No second key for car and no call back in 4 months

Bought a used car and received excellent service . It was a cash deal. Very happy and vowed to have all my dealings with them, Told everybody that noticed the car how good the service was. <br> <br> WOW I have changed my mind. <br> Car was supp**** with no second key and one was promised within the next fortnight. IT is over 4 MONTHS later and still no key. This is despite phoning every two weeks and being promised a return call to tell me when to fetch the key. TO DATE NO RETURN CALL EVER AND NO KEY.<br> <br> I SHALL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THE BAD SERVICE. They claim to be the Imperial groups' most successful branch. Wow the others must be bad.
