Missing parts for over 1 year

Good day. I bought at Terios Diva brand new November 2014. The GPS had no card, I had no spare wheel and no supplies to change the sparewheel. I have send numorous mails complaining asking and and and.. I eventually got the sparewheel last year December 2015 thanks to Shaun who assisted but only the sparewheel was sorted out.<br> it is now 2016 still no GPS still no wheelspanner still no tool to remove the sparewheel from the back. I send mails, which are being read but no replies on when on what is going on. I have everything in writing so would gladly forward these to who ever.
