Misleading

Imperial Toyota Cape Gate is a misleading institute and very unprofessional. I had purchased a vehicle from this dealership and on the first day of delivery noticed that there seems to be something wrong with the vehicle. It didn't seem to be very serious at first and due to work obligations took it to the manufacturer dealership, to have it checked 2 months later. Not being to concerned and having the peace of mind that the vehicle was under maintenance plan I assumed the issue would be fixed same day. After returning the vehicle for the 2nd and 3rd time to the the manufacturer dealership, it was indicated to me that there had been numerous issues, which wasn't declared by the Imperial Toyota Cape Gate dealership, when the vehicle was sold to me. The management team is not concerned with your issues raised, as they are now comfortable to take your monthly installments and isn't concerned with your issues raised. If I could rate this dealership "Imperial Toyota Cape Gate" I would rate them a ZERO. The service and misleading service of these employees are of the utmost worst and I wouldn't recommend anyone do business with this company.
