Keeping MY money

I unfortunately purchased a Jeep from Mercurius in Polokwane. They settled my trade in vehicle too late. Now they havd to reimburse me my money via eft and I sent the so called documents they wanted and they are NOT paying me my money back. Never mind their terrible service
