*********** Mechanics????

We took our Isuzu bakkie in because of n warning light coming on and while the bakkie was there we wanted GM to do the the brakes. We took the bakkie in on 28/12/2015. From day one we struggled to get feedback, when we were able to reach someone they had thousands of excuses, the internet, the software on the pc. They could not give any answers. Yesterday (11/01/2016) after we called them once again. We were informed that GM Kimberley was not able to fix the problem, THEY DO NOT HAVE MECHANICS ABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM.<br> Then this guy informs us they do not work on gearboxes but in the same breath he says this is an electrical fault. So the only conclusion we can come to is that GM Kimberley's mechanics are not competent to do their work! And this after (so they told us) two mechanics was brought in from Bloemfontein on two different occasions.... And to put the icing on the cake...after two weeks they also did not do the brakes as we requested!!!
