Imperial group/ Foton

I bought a Foton Thunda 2.8Td. In 2015. I have endless trouble with the vehicle. I even took the case to the ombudsman case nr. 352781. It's been going on since I bought the vehicle. They even re spray the vehicle. The faults on the vehicle is endless. Just to name some. No spare keys, cenral locking system keeps giving faults,my mud guards are missing only one panel under wheel arches, I paid for tow bar and Foton reply they still trying to find the right tow bar. I heard from imperial and they said they will not take the piece of junk back and will fix their faults. No news from them or the ombudsman. I keep on paying for a Japanese s**** and the faults are still there. If I want to trade the vehicle in I won't even get R40000 for it. After they gave me vehicle back I notice they broke all the exhaust rubbers and never replaced it. The panel strips on my door has all fallen off. Show how can they sell a vehicle like this to the public and don't have a care in life. I think Foton should not even be able to trade vehicles and imperial is unprofessional and a big *******. They sell you a vehicle but don't honour the contract and leave you with the problem. I even took pictures to raise my case and imperial and ombudsman are both *********** companies and should give customer care for their products.
