Imperial GM is selling accident damaged vehicles

<p>I bought a 2nd hand Audi A1 1.6 from Imperial General Motors in Germiston. I reported a fault in the steering after 2 weeks but their sales manager ( Tiaan Schumyn) and branch manager ( Vernon Carr) did not resolve the issue although Audi Cape Town send them the proof that the vehicle was damaged in an accident before they sold it to me. I was not informed of this before I bought the car. The sales man aknowledge that I reported the faulty steering.</p> <p> </p> <p>After many phone calls and e mails, the new manager ( Hanli Oosthuizen) informed me that they are prepared to replace my car with a similar car but that I have to pay toward them the lumpsum of my monthly installment (Wesbank) since I bought the car. It seems to me I have to pay for their mistake and the time it took for their mismanagement of the situation.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
