I will never buy a Ford again!

<p>Good day, I bought my Ford from Porters Auto Germiston Imperial Ford Germiston on the 2011/01/05. Dealer Code 90193. Ford told me it was a demo car from Ford Germiston. Ford Fiesta 2010 1.4 Ambiente 4dr. When I bought this Ford from Germiston I paid for four new tyres and when I got the car it had the same tyres on it was just turned inside out so that it looked like new tyres. I then told the sales manager that I want my new tyres and that also took a long time to get the new tyres I paid for at Ford. My Ford made a noise in the engin from 2012 a tick tick sound so I took my Ford to Germiston and Action Ford Randburg to do a service and complain about a engine noise coming from the inside of my car in 2012. Everyone at Ford told me that it was a noise that is normally in the car so I believed them because I don't know anything about the new Ford engines. With all the other services I mentioned this to the person I booked the car in with, now the car has the same noise in the engine for 130 000km because Ford told me that it was normal when the car had about 30 000km on the clock and still under warranty. Now my car is making a harder noise and Ford can't do nothing about it, it's a normal noise. So a Volks-Wagen VW technical person told me that is not normal so VW opened a cover in my car and told me what was wrong and took photos for me. VW charged me a lot of money to show me what is wrong with my Ford so I went to Ford Germiston a few weeks ago but the Technical Manager can't help me they say it is my problem. So from 25000km to 100000km I took my car to Ford and did all the services and Complained about the noise that was never fixed under warranty now out of warranty it is my problem because Ford did not do their work properly. So I want Ford to fix my car because they worked on my car and I told them about the problem the noice in the cars engine. This is very sad because you belief and trust in what the people tell you that look at your car and works on your car. That is what you get when you buy a Ford. Mr JJ Booyens</p> <p> </p>
