General Motors not so Legit
I had a problem with my car brakes and took it to Emperial Gm in Vereeniging and I was billed R780something for a diagnosis and brake repairs. I towed the vehicle to this workshop from my home on the 28th of January and collected it the following day on the 29th. However the car broke down just 20km away from the dealership. The engine completely switched off and wouldn't go on. called someone to come tow me again as it was already late. I emailed the dealership and even called them on Saturday the 30th to express my dissatisfaction and was told to bring the car in on Monday ad there was no one to assist me at the workshop that day. I spoke to mr Davids who instructed me to consult with Mr Theron on Monday. I once again towed my car to the dealership on Monday (1st February 2016). After minutes of them checking the car, Mr Theron told me that my car's engine had no compression and that the only way this could be fixed was if I purchased a brand new engine. I was confused and tried voicing out the fact that my car only had problems with the brakes when I brought it in the past week.
