Ford mechanical failure and bad service!!!

So my aircon stopped working I took the Ford Ranger 2014 model in at Imperial Ford Germiston to check what is wrong and the aircon pump had seized. The Kilometers is at 109 000km which means it is still under warranty. The service rep/officer Mickey informed me that they would only pay 50% of the aircon pump because the one service at 90 000km was 400 odd km late. So I asked the service rep how does that affect the aircon pump which is mechanical and the vehicle went in for all the services at them and 2 services after the aircon pump had seized and the service rep told basically that is what ford had authorized and if I do not approve then I should come and fetch the vehicle. According to me that is such bad service from Ford and another gentleman had inform me from Standard bank that he does not understand how they would not pay as I work for a company that buy ford bakkies on a yearly basis and yet they can not even fix a mechanically fault which is obviously not my mistake. I am so disappointed with Ford I would not recommend anyone to buy from them.
