Ford Diep River Cape Town delivers the usual poor service

<p>I bought a new vehicle from Ford Diep River last year. Contacted them a few days ago as I'm considering trading in for another new vehicle. Spoke to Stephen who said he'd come back to me within 20 min with a trade in offer and deal on new car. After 24 hrs having heard nothing (what a surprise, another dealer who lies to their customers) I phoned back and left a message. 2 days later still nothing.. Unfortunately this kind of 'service' seems to be normal at Ford dealers as this is not the first time I've received less than zero service!!!! </p>
