False advertising

I found a Ford Everest 2.2 XLT on carfind.co.za that I wanted to buy. The website directed me to Imperial Ford Germiston where the vehicle was apparently kept. A salesperson David Chambers phoned me confirming my vehicle. The next day after having arranged finance with the bank, when I tried to get the VIN nr for insurance purposes, he informed me that he still need to allocate the vehicle and that they never had it in the first place......
