Extremely bad service and *****
I bought a chery tiggo 2010 the 23/11/2012,from day one the car had mechanical problems, imperial gave me a 2012 tiggo to drive while looking for another car for me,I was in an accident but never signed a loan document, however they faughed my signature on such a document. Now imperial doesn't want to give me another car that is road worthy before I pay the excess of the accident. Imperial has R100900 of my money and I dont have a car in my name. I am driving the 2010 tiggo that is not road worthy and has its 4th temporary licence. I want my R100900 back with interest. They cannot held me responsible for a excess amount that wasnt explained to me before giving me the 2012 car to drive and now want to inforce the ***** document on me...this is their slip up and not my problem, how can they refuse to give me my money back or another car when Imperial is sitting with my R100900. I am opening a ***** case at the police station and expect my money to be refunded to me asap with the interest it should have run in a trust. I feel like a victim and I never expected imperial to do business so *******ly and then trough it onto their clients.
