EMPTY PROMISES

I ordered a part at Imperial GM Bloemfontein on Tuesday the 12 and the told me it would here by Thursday, on Thursday I called and then they told me the did not put it on the bus and that they promise they will over night courier it with the bus so I could receive it today, so today I went to pick it up because the guy never called me back and then I get told again that the didn't put it on the bus they will order it again and that it will be here on Monday but I don't believe them and I need the part urgently. so please Imperial GM don't have good service and makes empty promises Stay away if possible
