Disgusted in the service

I took my truck for it's service and the cylinders were not fixed properly for the second time and I'm still waiting for them to get back to me about a solution to this problem. It has been a month since this complaint was laid and still no feedback. I am disgusted in the customer service that I have received from Imperial GM Isando.
