<p>Im.malibongwe patric spayile and rebecca kgathle,we bought a nissan quashqai at emperial ford at kempton park in february.It was at 75-000 km driven and now on the 26th of march when I was going to church the clutch failed when I was trying to engage gears.I called my dealer and he told me to take the car at the nearest dealer of which was nissan at sinovile.They failed to assist me with a tow service,I towed the car myself with the nissan tiida to sinovile.The car was diagnosed and had to pay R850 for diagnosing fee of which I did.I was requested to take the car to nissan menlyn because they told may be the sinovile guys did not diagnosed the car properly,I went to fetch the car and took it to menlyne for diagnose and to be fixed and they chaged R18-200,and the dealer of nissan imperial didnt do the 75000km service of which he claim he did,so now im standing with a R18-200 to pay and is hurting .they promised me a courtesy car but now they refuse to assist me with so now I ple to you to help me what to do in this matter....now my tiida is no longer in good condition because of towing...with I hope u received my email and today went to emperial ford kempton park..wher the is bought and just found that they didnt do a pre checklist since it was done on 72079km and they claimed that they did it and we bought the car 75000km so for 2921km it was driven and they the whole on us so my question for 2921km the was nt moving and the clutch is damages n is I who burned it....Patrick</p> <p> ********** 164..rebecca ********** 170</p> <p>Contacts for the dealership is:shaun palmarozza ********** 121/ ********** 946/ ********** 900<br />Santos : ********** 472</p>
