By not stamping my service book, Imperial cost me

I had my chev bakkie serviced last year. The car has hardly been driven this year, but I told my son to have it serviced. They looked in the book, and nothing had been noted in the book, so they REDID THE 120KM service. Thanks Imperial for costing me money I did not need to spend.
