Bad service and indangering life

Good day Please see mail that i am sending to head office as i am not happy and you put my life and my families life in danger. Then still i get there on Saturday and the parts is not the correct ones. I had it up to here with the up and down mess around from you. Please note that this is not the end of this. I want to close the Imperial select down as thy put the customers life in danger. MY car went in for service 3 year 75 000 service and for one thy did not even have all the part at hand. Went to get my car and thy did not even tel me there is not all the parts to do the job thy left it for me to see only after i ask why it is not done thy said no parts. then thy tell me to come back and thy will fit the parts that was not there to fit. Okay when i get the on Saturday the 3 of August thy have the incorrect part there and still thy tel me thy will see and let me know when i can come back for this. Okay nice up and down i am paying for the fuel still thy don't care okay stuff the client around he can not do without us. Fine but as i was driving to Alberton on the highway my wheel came loss almost in a accident with my wife and kid in the car Okay that was the final SH.. from any Imperial dealer i can take.I am not leaving this here the bad workmen ship of the brange must stop bad service Regards Flippie Swarts Response CONRAD CLOETE Service Manager | East Rand Multi-franchise Dear Flippie Apologies for the late replay as I was not in yesterday. This is not acceptable and we will get to the bottom of this.. Please let me know when and where we can collect the vehicle inspect and make sure all is in order. The repair on the brakes where done 2 months ago so it’s not possible to drive with loose wheels, Never the less I want to go through your vehicle to make sure all is in order. My response to him Good day Conrad Sorry that you were fed the wrong info brake was don when car was serviced on the 27 June one month ago and if the wheels was not properly fastened it will come loose after a time with the vibration of the wheels so please do not think i don't know . My wife uses the car and it is only driving +- 15 KL a day to school and back not even on the highway . then the first time i take the car out with my family for a trip this happens how nice.I also ask for the wheels to be rotated an not even that was done. I had to follow up on what is happening with all of the parts not being the not good service. Then just keep in mind that the car is used every day so if you need the car back you need to give me a loan car so my kid can get to school and back as i took leave for two days to do that.
