Bad service
I bought a brand new Chev Captiva in November 2014 and in February I experienced problems with my car, so I took it to Imperial GM Vereeniging where I received terrible service. The person who helped me was so unfriendly and had an attitude.

Now yesterday, 30 June 2015, my car wouldn't start and I took it to another Service Provider to have the battery tested. They informed me that it is faulty and needed to be changed by the dealer because it is still under warranty.

A consultant at Imperial GM Vereeniging told my husband that I must take the car to Battery Centre to fit a new battery, but unfortunately they couldn't assist me.

I called her now to complain and she had an attitude over the phone.

This is the second time I have trouble at the same branch in less than 6months. They are inconveniencing me, because I must drive up and down to sort out their mess and they have the nerve to give me attitude.

If this is the way they treat their clients, then they can take their car back and give me my money. I'm really fed up with their bad attitudes! They are putting all the other branches in a bad light
