Don't ever buy a car From Ford Kempton Park , I bought a new 2019 Ecosort EcoBoost , 32 km on the clock Brand new , and it has been standing in there workshop for nearly 2 months now due to a faulty brake caliper ,the brakes started binding after the first week and when i took it in the check it out , the Technician told me the caliper was leaking and they will have a look , after 3 days in the workshop , i got the car back and was told the problem was sorted they adjusted the brakes and all is good , a week later the same problem but worst started again, I asked them is this possible even after the caliper was changed , and then they said we did not change the caliper the leaking is normal , i refused to drive the car and demanded they replace the caliper , they came to pick up the car with roadside assist and i have been waiting 2 months now for this caliper , and still even today they can not tell me when the part will arrive , they don't keep me up to date on whats happening i always have to call them and that is if and when they are available. i lost out on a none refundable deposit on a weekend away due to not having my car , and still i have no idea when my brand new car will be fixed .
