worst service from ford N1 City AGAIN!

<p>This would be the second time i find a fault in this ford dealership, first time i had paid for repairs and when driving to the petrol station across the road of ford i open my bonnet to find a part that i paid for not installed i then had to drive back to ford in order for them to LOOK for my part and the car was left in their care for a week.</p> <p> </p> <p>Second failure from ford to deliver, was monday the 13th june when i dropped my car off on friday with my car stereo working perfectly then to collect it monday afternoon to find my main fuse melted and told a story of they found it this way but when i parked the car and handed over the keys to them my stereo was playing perfect, no one from ford was helpful to explain to me why it has melted or how it magically came loose after i left it with them intact yet they attack me and tried to threaten me with reguards to warranties i then left it as is went and bought a new cheapie fuse just as trial and error from monday until now sunday my stereo is working perfectly fine, please hello peter i need something done with this pathetic service!</p>
