It took me a while to express my sincere anger at the type of service we received buying this Ford Faw 7-seater.

Vehicle details for insurance: 2016 FAW Sirius S80 1.5 7 Seat M&M Code: 186 10 150 Engine: RD000178 Chassis/Vin: LFBUD1368F6G01621 Bank: MFC Tracker Alert will be fitted,

1. When we took the it was never mentioned to us it does not have a cd player. 2. The radio stations are all not channels not even a local station as 94.7 is available without a noise. 3. We bought a USB player but is has to be en-sinc with the FM radio station which has this noise. 4. Central locks does not open nor close at times we have to stand 15 minutes in the rain to just lock the car. 5. USB port does not even wor**** This was reported on the first week already!!!!!!!!!!

• When we took the car we were promised the radio and central-locking will be attended to as they were unable to fix it then. • The car was in for 3 days to have all these problems fixed because we took it with that problem knowing they will fix it. • The car was given back to us ……………..still the radio was not working nor the central locking!!!

Now months later you want to tell us about the “maintenance Plan”!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What the HELL does the radio, central locking which was not working from when we drove the vehicle off your floors have to do with maintenance plans??????????………….We took it knowing it will be fixed!!!!!!!!!! There was no mentioned made of maintenance plan!!!

UP TO TODAY 16AUGUST2016 THE ONLY ASWER WE ARE GETTING IS.....WE ARE WAITING FOR PARTS FROM CHINA

THE FAW IS A PIECE OF **** VEHICLE AND STILL THEY SELL IT TO CUSTOMERS WITH FALSE HOPE OF............"WARRANTY"
