Initial contact was sketchy at best, but subsequent contact by Colette Davies and Lynette was amazing. I was in the market for a new car and the ladies came through and delivered fantastic service. Feroza Sayed explained the financials and bore with the boring and gruelling task of dealing with all my queries and uncer*****ies, Colette dealt with every phone call and really went out of her way to transform the initial bad contact into a superb and positive experience. And the gift on the back seat of the pocket knife, awesome stuff.
