Thank you to the team at Imperial Ford, Diep River, especially to, Nawab Amtay and Lorna Davids.

My first experience purchasing of a vehicle was not the greatest, which was ironically at another Ford dealership. It therefore made me a bit apprehensive approaching another Ford dealer to trade-in my vehicle, but Imperial Ford (used vehicles department), Diep River, changed my entire perspective.

They were transparent, informative and an absolute great pleasure to work with. I didn't just feel like a customer. Nawab wasn't just a salesman trying to make a sale; he was patient, understanding and kind-hearted. He took my financial needs into consideration and was completely transparent. No hidden agendas.

They went far and beyond my expectation, and with that I am eternally grateful.

Collecting my vehicle, I left the dealership not feeling like an average client/customer, I felt like I was a part of something bigger and more meaningful. I felt like I was part of a family, the Imperial Ford family.
