Terrible and tardy service.

<p>My car has been at Imperial Ford Germiston for going on 2 months now. It was sent there for an airbag warning, at first I had no communication from them until I phoned them myself and I was told that they are battling but it will be done by the end of the week and this was the excuse every Monday for the last 4 weeks. At one point I was asked for the car’s original radio, so after I told them that it can’t be the radio because the aftermarket radio has been in for 2 years now, I brought them the radio and still they couldn’t get it sorted. I was then told that they are getting an electrician from another branch and data disks as they didn’t have the ones for my car..... (How they diagnosed the car if they didn’t have the disks is beyond me) This coming Monday will be the 2nd week this so called electrician was supposed to look at the car. Now Tim from Ford that phones me is very apologetic and everything but every time the same story. This is only half the story I’ve been without my car since 11 June 2016, I’m at my wits end.</p>
