Still Waiting on my Number Plates

I bought a car from Imperial Ford & Mazda George in December 2014. I have thus far not received my number plates and licence disc from the dealership. The existing registration number of the car expires in 2015/02/20 which is a mere week away. On numerous follow-ups (at my expense) nothing has been resolved.
