Service went bad!!!!

<p>Booked my Ford Ranger for service at the Imperial Ford Kempton Park and not happy with the service I got from the service advisor. Booked in the vehicle previous week and was told to bring the vehicle in for service the following monday and did as advice. I drop off the car in the morning as advice to say I must drop it off between 7am-8am. The service advisor calls me at 16:20pm to say my car won't be ready for collection and I ask why. He sad he needs to call "Innovations" for authorization and I asked who's fault is it that you have not called and he says it's not his fault and I asked how Am I supposed to get home now and he says he does not know and if I want, I can just come and pick up the car since they have not done anything on it and he hang up the phone. How Am I suppose to get there I don't know. What was he doing the whole day not to call "Innovations" for authorization I don't know but the service I got was just to bad and I would not recommend the dealership to anyone. </p>
