Over Charged

<p>on November 08, 2016 i went to Imperial Ford, Kempton Park for a quotation for a replacement of the engine of my Ford Focus 1.6 Ambient 2005 Model and was charged/quote: R52 624.57 for a brand new engine; R9618.75 for 12.5hours labor to removed the old engine and fit in the new one; R1846.00 for Police Clearance and was required to pay a deposit prior to the order. </p> <p>on November 11, 2016 i paid a deposit of R15000.00 and made telephone booking for the car, on November 14, 2016 the car was towed in and i was told that the Vehicle was not booked in therefore it will take a week before it can be attended to, November 21, 2016 the Vehicle was attended, November 28, 2016 i received any email with an attachment of another quote for R69553.14 excluding the engine.</p> <p>i was shocked in disbelieve to see another quote for as much as the first one considering that i had made all the necessary enquiries to get the right figures so that i could plan and budget.</p> <p>the quote it self is very questionable or rather say inflected as some parts have no relavation to fitness of the engine such as front dics and pads. therefore my wish is to have my car back and refund of my deposit as this is out of my budget and is not in my plans.</p> <p> </p>
