Malicious damages to my vehicle on more than one occasion.

I purchased a 2007 VW Polo from Imperial Ford in Cape Town last year. From the start the vehicle had a problem that when you pressed in on the cluch the revs still continued to climb. The vehicle went back numerous occasions and only to be return with the issue still there and with extra faults that were not there before. We finally agreed to take the car to VW Goodwood for an assessment as to determine what the fault was. The report indicated that the problem lay with the clutch pedal switch. 2 other fault were reported being the sude mirror that was broken and the indicator arm had to be replaced.
The car was with Imperial Ford for exactly a month and when returned came back filthy and with grease marks on the inside of the car as well as for some reason work was done on the engine discused or informed to us. The car did not run as before so I took it to VW Goodwood to assess once again and they reported that the work Imperial Ford contactor did was all faulty and needs to be urgently repaired.
I informed Imperial Ford of this and supp**** them a quite from VW Goodwood to repair which I was then told that I must return the car and they will refund me as they are not going to fix the problem.

This fault is due to work done on my engine that was never reported and to make matters worse second hand and pirate parts were used.

I have never received such service and level of quality when dealing with a customer and returning a vehicle. I have from day one recorded or matters related to reported faults.

So in conclusion to get rid of me, that are insisting I return the car , they will refund me and I can go back to the same point I was before buying the car from them.

I am not unhappy with the car, I am horrified by the level of service and commitment received by Imperial Ford to ensure reported faults are resolved.

I am now waiting patiently for the dealer principal to callmy me back as hewell wants to follow up on why work was done on the engine.

Worst service and experience ever.
